Operator and scope.
Prezenso is operated by EMWOTIVA LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16490035, with registered office at 2 Harts Lane, London, England, SE14 5UP. “Prezenso”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Emwotiva Ltd.
These draft terms cover the Prezenso app, website and related services. They are provided for pre-launch review and are not yet effective. Before launch, the final terms and acceptance process will be made available to users. The Privacy Notice explains data handling separately; these terms do not replace a consent request.
02 /
Eligibility and account access.
The app is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Give accurate information when needed to use the service, keep access to your Apple Account secure, and do not allow another person to misuse your account.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate photos of yourself and for having the rights needed to use any garment-reference images you supply. Do not upload other people’s private information, unlawful content or material that infringes their rights.
03 /
What the service provides.
Prezenso offers clothing-fit and style guidance, including AI-generated outfit assessments, practical suggestions, wardrobe tools and visual previews where available. Features may require internet access, a supported iPhone, permissions and an active entitlement.
Product demonstrations, scores and images labelled as examples are illustrations. The dedicated fitting-room companion is in development and is not yet available. An announcement or roadmap does not give access to an unreleased feature.
04 /
AI guidance and your decisions.
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for your circumstances. A fit score is feedback on clothing, not an assessment of your value, body, health or attractiveness. Visual previews are generated illustrations and may not reproduce real fabrics, dimensions, construction or alterations accurately.
Use your judgement when deciding what to wear, buy or alter. Check comfort and movement yourself, consult a tailor about feasibility, and check a retailer’s purchase/returns terms before buying. Prezenso does not guarantee a particular appearance, compliment, relationship outcome, garment fit or saving.
05 /
Subscriptions, prices and limits.
AI verdicts and previews require Pro in the current app. Available subscription periods, prices, trial terms, feature access and usage limits will be displayed before purchase. Only the offer shown in the purchase flow applies; do not assume an illustrative website example creates a free trial or unlimited access.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to its applicable purchase rules. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled as described in the purchase flow and Apple’s terms. Price changes and changes to paid entitlements must follow applicable platform rules, required notice/consent and consumer law.
06 /
Cancellation, refunds and deletion.
You can manage an Apple-billed subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple’s cancellation instructions explain the current process. Cancelling future renewal is different from requesting a refund.
For an eligible Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s refund process. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, platform rules and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
Deleting the app, erasing local data or deleting your Prezenso account does not itself cancel Apple subscription billing. Cancel renewal separately if you no longer want the subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.
07 /
Your content and our intellectual property.
You keep any rights you hold in your photos and other content. To provide a feature you request, you grant Emwotiva Ltd a limited, non-exclusive permission to transmit, process and reproduce that content as needed to operate the feature and use the disclosed service providers. This is not a sale of your photos or permission to use your likeness in advertising.
Rights in AI-generated output can depend on applicable law and provider terms; we do not promise that every output is exclusive or protected by copyright. Prezenso’s original software, website design, brand and content belong to Emwotiva Ltd or its licensors.
The current app refers to Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. These draft service terms do not purport to replace that licence. The final release must keep the app licence, purchase flow and service terms consistent.
08 /
Acceptable use and security.
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass access or usage limits, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful code or infringe other people’s rights. Do not submit photos of other people without the rights and permission required for that use.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to respond to misuse, security threats or a legal requirement. Any action affecting a paid service remains subject to applicable law, fair treatment and any notice or remedy required.
09 /
Changes, availability and ending use.
Features depend in part on device, network, Apple and AI-provider services. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output.
You can stop using the service at any time and use the deletion controls described in the Privacy Notice. We may update or discontinue features for legitimate product, security or legal reasons, subject to contractual commitments and applicable consumer protections. Material changes to paid services or these terms require the notice, consent or remedies required by law.
10 /
Responsibility and consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights, including rights concerning digital content and services, remain unaffected.
Responsibility for a loss depends on the circumstances and applicable law. This draft does not impose an arbitrary liability cap, blanket “no refunds” rule or waiver of statutory rights.
11 /
Law, complaints and contact.
The proposed governing law is the law of England and Wales. This choice must not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable where they live, or require them to give up any right to bring proceedings in a competent local court.
For a written complaint or question, contact Emwotiva Ltd, 2 Harts Lane, London, England, SE14 5UP, marked “Prezenso”. No dedicated support email is currently published; please use the postal contact above.
Before these terms become effective, the operator will confirm the final release features, contact details and acceptance process, and complete legal review. These pages are currently pre-launch drafts.
