Who is responsible.

Prezenso is operated by EMWOTIVA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16490035. Its registered office is 2 Harts Lane, London, England, SE14 5UP. Emwotiva Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

This draft covers the Prezenso iPhone app, this website and related account and support activities. No dedicated support/privacy email is currently published. Written privacy enquiries can be addressed to Emwotiva Ltd at its registered office, marked “Prezenso privacy”.

Information used by the app.

  • Photos and generated previews: full-length photos you choose, relevant garment-reference images when you request a preview, and generated results saved in the app.
  • Profile and style: adult confirmation, height, optional weight, build, skin undertone, contrast preferences, style choices and clothing-proportion information derived from a photo.
  • Wardrobe and outfits: saved garment images and descriptions, categories, cuts, colours, fabrics, occasions and outfit suggestions.
  • Account and security: the account identifier from Sign in with Apple, authentication/session information, device-integrity checks, service-use counters and technical error/security information.
  • Purchases: subscription and entitlement information needed to verify access. Apple processes App Store payments; Prezenso does not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Reports and support: a report reason, any note you choose to send and related diagnostic information. The in-app report feature does not attach your photos or generated images.

How photos and AI features work.

With your agreement in the app, a fit-check request sends your photo and relevant profile/clothing information through Prezenso’s server to the configured AI services. A text-only stage uses descriptive information to prepare guidance without receiving the photo. Image-preview requests send the necessary photo, requested changes and any reference garment image to the image provider when you choose that feature.

The application stores your scan history, profile, saved wardrobe and generated images locally on your iPhone. Prezenso’s application server processes photos to fulfil requests and does not provide an online photo-history store. This does not mean that AI providers or infrastructure never retain request information; their handling must be assessed separately.

The app is for clothing guidance, not identity verification, medical assessment or an objective rating of your body. AI outputs can be inaccurate.

Who receives information.

The live provider configuration checked on 6 November 2026 lists Google (Gemini) and DeepSeek (text only, never your photo). Google can receive photos for photo-based features. The text-only provider can receive relevant profile, clothing and outfit descriptions, but not the photo itself. The current provider list is also presented by the app’s consent flow.

Cloudflare provides the app’s server infrastructure and operational storage. Apple provides sign-in, App Store billing, device-integrity services and, where used, geocoding/weather services. This website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in London, United Kingdom. The server processes connection information needed to deliver the website, such as IP addresses and requested URLs. Website hosting is separate from the app’s photo-analysis service.

We may also need to disclose information to professional advisers, competent authorities or a successor business where necessary, proportionate and lawful. The specific AI account terms, processing locations, retention and transfer safeguards are still being verified before launch. This draft does not promise that every provider offers zero retention or excludes all model-training use.

Location and device permissions.

For weather-based outfit suggestions, you can allow location access while using the app or enter a city instead. Apple services use the relevant coordinates to obtain weather or resolve a city. The outfit-generation request uses weather information such as temperature and conditions, not your exact location coordinates.

You control camera, photo and location permissions in iPhone Settings. The app can use a photo you select rather than camera capture. Locally scheduled reminders are optional and can be turned off.

Purposes and proposed lawful bases.

Before release, Emwotiva Ltd must confirm the lawful-basis assessment for each activity. The proposed approach is: consent for optional photo/body-data analysis and previews; performance of the service contract for account access, requested features and subscription verification; legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse and resolving faults; and legal obligation where a specific law requires record keeping or disclosure.

Where information is special-category data under applicable law, an additional legal condition is required. Explicit consent is proposed where applicable to optional analysis; an ordinary permission prompt alone is not a substitute. That assessment and any required consent wording remain pre-launch review items.

Consent can be withdrawn in Profile → Privacy → Data consent. Withdrawal stops photo analysis until you agree again. It does not automatically delete previously saved data or cancel a subscription, and it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

How long information is kept.

InformationCurrent app/server behaviour
On-device scans, wardrobe and profileKept until removed using the app’s deletion controls. Copies you export or retain in device backups are separate.
Photos processed by the app serverHandled for the request; no online photo-history archive is implemented. Provider retention is separate.
Account access and entitlement recordsHeld for account access and subscription verification; removed or invalidated through account deletion, subject to limited security records.
Usage/abuse countersCurrent expiring counters use periods of 2, 30 or 32 days depending on the counter. Some remain after account deletion to prevent abuse.
Session-revocation recordA minimal record may remain for up to 400 days after deletion to keep previously issued sessions invalid.
Device-integrity recordsPublic-key and counter records currently have no automatic server expiry and are not removed by the current account-deletion flow. A final retention/deletion policy must be established before release.
In-app issue reportsReason and optional note are stored for 90 days. Photos are not attached.
Provider, hosting, security-log and support recordsFinal periods and any legal-retention criteria must be confirmed before release. They are not established by the app’s local-deletion controls.

Your controls and rights.

You can review or edit profile information, remove saved items and use the app’s local-erasure and account-deletion controls. Local erasure and server-account deletion are distinct. If your session has expired, the app may ask you to sign in again to complete server deletion. Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription billing.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Some rights have exceptions. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You may raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent data-protection authority. You do not need to complain to us first.

International processing and safeguards.

Service providers may process data outside the UK, including through international AI services. The final notice must identify the relevant destinations and applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual arrangements, and explain how to obtain information about them.

Those provider arrangements are awaiting confirmation. This draft must not be treated as evidence that the required contracts or international-transfer assessments are already in place.

10 /

Website data, cookies and children.

The marketing pages do not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, email-collection forms or photo-upload tools. Hosting infrastructure still processes connection and request data to deliver and secure the website. The private access gate can use authentication cookies; this is distinct from advertising tracking.

The current app requires confirmation that you are at least 18. It is not intended for children. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact Emwotiva Ltd using the details above.

Changes and finalisation.

When finalised, this notice will carry an effective date and a revised date when changed. Material changes to data handling will be explained as appropriate, and the app’s consent flow requires renewed review when configured providers change.

Open items before release: approved lawful-basis and special-category assessment; confirmed processor contracts, AI data-use settings and transfer safeguards; infrastructure/log/support retention; and alignment with App Store privacy disclosures.
